Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to offer quality, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.

The Human Resources Department is charged with the responsibility of administering all benefits, including a medical and dental insurance plan and workers' compensation benefits, recruiting new employees, processing new employees, and preparing and maintaining personnel policies and procedures and employee handbooks. The department also handles job descriptions, personnel and medical records, payroll, unemployment benefits, employee training, the retirement plan, appeal and grievance hearings, and vehicle and property damages.
