Each year, the City of Valdosta observes Georgia Cities Week during the third week in April, along with cities across the state of Georgia. The activities are planned around this year's theme "Go To Town!" and will showcase the role city government plays in the quality of life of its residents, businesses, and visitors. From clean ups, to essay contests, to downtown fun, this is a great chance to show off our city!
