Customer Service Drive-Thru Update

Until further notice, the City of Valdosta Customer Service Drive-Thru can only be accessed through Mckey Street off Hill Avenue and Central Avenue. The Lee Street entrance has been closed.

Please remember you can pay your utility bill online, by phone or by utilizing the drop box in the Customer Service parking lot.
