The City of Valdosta's new online utility billing system is now available!
Current customers will need to create a new online account to access the new portal.
To register, you will need your new Account Number and CID Number.
There are three ways to get your new Account Number and CID Number:
1. Check the email from the City of Valdosta sent on Monday, July 6
2. View your upcoming July Utility Bill
3. Email Customer Service at utilitybill@valdostacity.com
