Applications Now Open for Georgia Home Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program for Homeowners Affected by 2023-2024 Storms
The City of Valdosta Neighborhood Development team is pleased to announce that the application process for the Georgia Home Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program is now officially open. This program, part of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) initiative, offers assistance to homeowners whose properties were damaged by the severe storms of 2023-2024.
If you experienced significant damage to your home due to these storms, this program could help with repairs, rehabilitation, or even full reconstruction. Homeowners in eligible counties are encouraged to apply to begin the recovery process.
